Contrast therapy explained
A sauna and an ice bath are not two separate purchases, they are one practice called contrast therapy. The heat opens you up, the cold snaps you back. Most owners run two to three rounds and finish on cold.
70 to 90°C for 10 to 15 minutes, until you are loose and sweating.
8 to 15°C for 1 to 3 minutes. Breathe slowly and stay still.
Alternate hot and cold, finishing on cold to feel sharp.
